Point of View 8800GTS 320MB - Part I - Testing setup, benchmarks

We decided to put these card through our standard of battery of benchmarks using:
- EVGA 680i motherboard
- Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700
- 2x1GB OCZ Platinum XTC PC2-8000
- OCZ GameXstream 850W
- WD RaptorX 150GB - Dell 3007WFP 30" LCD

Our standard benchmarking suite was used:
- Battlefield 2
- Company of Heroes
- Far Cry
- F.E.A.R.
- Oblivion
- Prey
- X3 Demo

Also, we were privileged to have two cards, so we were able to run tests in SLI configuration as well. That part of our testing is gonna be published next week. This is a power-hungry combination (not nearly as hungry as dual 8800GTX configuration, and very close to dual 8800GTS configuration, but still). As we said before, the GameXstream has more then enough power to feed a couple of these monsters.
