Usually, a 9800GTX will be in front of the 4850 competitor from ATI on lower resolutions and without AA or AF turned on. As we go higher, ATI has more shader processors, and will outperform the 9800GTX. The + version, especially an overclocked one, helps a little, so it edges out the 4850 in most scenarios, especially in Crysis.
