It's been quite awhile since we played around with some flash drives so - we decided it's time to change that. We're gonna run a series of articles about latest 16+GB USB flash drives as they come to our Lab and keep you updated on our opinions and impressions about these products - nowadays used by almost everyone. Flash memory prices are so low right now that just about everyone has at least one USB stick and with these prices , 16+GB sticks became available to the general population, as well.

This is actually the first time that we're reviewing products from PEAK hardware so we had no idea what to expect from this - to us - new hardware manufacturer. As it turns out, PEAK Hardware actually does a lot more stuff including VGA cards (both NVIDIA and AMD) so - make sure that you check their website here.

These two sticks came with regular vacuum packaging like almost every other manufacturer out there uses. The main difference between these two products is the fact that the Slider drive does just that - you can slide it out of its "casing" when you're using it. Wether you'll find this a cool feature or not is completely up to you but - the fact remains that it's easier to have something like this then a cap that you can lose. Everybody's trying to think differently on this particular subject so - pick your number. We kind of like it.
