Final words

Do we like it? Of course we do. I'd like to commend Korg for making a new thing in parallel with the "old" thing (if you're crazy enough to use the words "OASYS" and "old" in the same sentence), while still finding some space for improvements and new functions. I absolutely hate the plastic parts of the casing, but that's as cranky as I can get because the keyboard looks very cool overall (I remember using the term "iKorg" several times), which is not as important as the fact that it sounds excellent. This board should be a safe bet for Triton replacement for years to come - that is, after it hits the stores which should be around June. Time is a killer on this subject so, in my humble opinion, Korg is actually losing money on this keyboard right now due to the fact that it's not in the stores (Yamaha's Motif XS will be in the stores sooner). As for the 73-key and 88-key version, the current timeframe for them is late summer-early autumn (so, realistically, I guess we're talking September). If you have some patience left, I'm very sure that you'll feel lucky if you have it.
